Teresa Hartnett, EdD, associate dean of finance and administration for the UTHSC College of Medicine, received the 2018 Dr. Brent D. Ruben Award from the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI). Dr. Hartnett is the immediate past president of NCCI. The Dr. Brent D.
