Great Place to Work Survey Coming Soon

|

Dear Colleagues,

For the fourth consecutive year, the University of Tennessee System will participate in the Great Place to Work® survey. This confidential survey will be sent on July 15 to a random sampling of 5,000 employees across the UT System.

If selected to participate, you will receive an email from Great Place to Work with the subject line “Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Survey.” The message will come from hello@invite.emprising.com with the sender listed as “Great Place to Work.”

The survey includes questions about how you feel about your role, your colleagues and leadership, and aspects of our workplace culture. It will also include a few questions about your demographic characteristics. Your individual responses will remain strictly confidential and will be reported only in aggregate.

The survey will be open from July 18 through 31 and should take about 12 minutes to complete. I strongly encourage you to participate if selected. Your candid feedback will help us continue to build a workplace where everyone can thrive.

The Great Place to Work survey is a trusted tool used by organizations worldwide to measure and strengthen workplace culture. For more than 30 years, Great Place to Work has been recognized as a global authority on building high-trust, high-performance cultures that drive employee engagement and organizational success. Their surveys help organizations identify what they are doing well and where they can improve, while also recognizing employers that create exceptional employee experiences.

The UT System has partnered with Great Place to Work, an independent third party, to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of this process. Your honest feedback is invaluable, as it will guide our efforts to foster a culture that meets your needs and aspirations.
