The Children’s Foundation Research Institute (CFRI) at Le Bonheur invites residents, fellows, and faculty to this month’s CFRI Discussions – Fellows Symposium, which features monthly updates of pediatric fellow-led research and a forum to discuss projects with senior researchers to enable, empower, and encourage fellows with their research pursuits.
We will hear updates from two fellows from the UTHSC Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program this month:
- Sharvari Shyam, MD, will present her project “Validation Study of the Accuracy of Echocardiographic Measurements of Hemodynamically Significant Patent Ductus Arteriosus in Extremely Low Birth Weight Infants”
- Menachem Rimler, MD, will present his project “The Aortic Flow Reversal Ratio: A Quantitative Adjunct to the Bicêtre Score in Vein of Galen Malformation”
